Return Policy

If you need to initiate a return, please contact us by emailing info@trendjackets.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. In your email, mention whether you’re requesting a return or an exchange. For exchange requests, we’ll confirm the availability of the required size. Items are eligible for return within 20 days from the date you received your order. When requesting a return or exchange, kindly provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Relevant information about the issue, including images if applicable
  • Attached price tags
  • Any additional details about the product’s usage to help us identify potential faults

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@trendjackets.com (within 24 hours) to initiate the return process. Your email will mention that you want a refund or an exchange. For an exchange, we need to test whether the correct size is accessible. All returns must be made within 20 days. To help us understand the possible defect, we need your order number, summary (including images if available), original packaging, logos, and all other details regarding your product usage. Exchanges are based on supply. Please note that the outfit you are searching for is available in our store. If we don’t have it, we shall refund you. If we obtain an outfit and consider it has violated our rules, we will not process the submission. If the tag is missing from our parcel when it reaches our warehouse, we won’t refund it.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you think you have a faulty item or it is different from the one you have ordered, please email us within 24 hours at info@trendjackets.com To facilitate your refund, we require your order number, pictures of the product, and any other details regarding your product usage to help us understand the possible defect. If a product is discovered faulty due to a manufacturing mistake or defective materials, we will replace it if necessary.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDERS

For cancellation of the order you will need to submit your request within 24 hours, so if the cancellation is made within 24 hours, we must refund the whole balance in the account of the customer; however, in case the buyer ever wants to withdraw the order, such that the following provisions apply. Canceling the order after 24 hours would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid amount. Canceling the order before arrival or when it is in the shipment process will result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid amount, along with shipment charges.
